Conditions of Use - Ordering Orders may be placed at any time via our online store. You will need to register to shop with us. Creating an account allows you to shop faster, track your purchases and review your previous orders. Your email address is important, as this is the way we communicate with you and confirm your order. Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-3pm (WST), and your order will be processed and dispatched during these hours. We make every effort to get your order away within 1-2 working days. If for some reason we are unable to post your order within this time frame, you will be notified via email.
You will receive a confirmation email once we have posted your order, allowing you to estimate the arrival time.
Payment - We accept payment by PayPal or direct deposit. All orders will be sent AFTER payment has cleared If you choose to pay by direct deposit, our banking details will be provided during the checkout process. Please allow up to 3 working days for clearance.
Please ensure that we receive your payment within five (5) working days of placing the order or the transaction will be cancelled and the products placed back into the store. If you require longer please email me to make arrangements We appreciate your understanding in fairness to other customers.
Pre Orders - FAQ When do I pay for my pre-order? Payment for your pre-order. 50% is required at the time the order is placed with the balance due when the stock has arrived. You will be sent an email advising of the stock arriving. When will I receive my pre-order? Expected arrival dates are noted at the top of each of the pre-order categories. It should be noted however that these are anticipated dates and can vary depending on arrival from our suppliers as many of the items available for pre-order come from overseas. What happens if an item I have ordered does not arrive? In the event that an item you have pre-ordered does not arrive from our supplier we will contact you immediately to seek your instructions. A refund for the missing item/s will be available if so desired. Alternatively you may wish to substitute for another item/s. This will be entirely up to you and it is very rare that something like that would happen. Can I place multiple pre-order on an order? If you are happy to wait until all items arrive from the various companies then there is no problem placing multiple pre-orders on one order. However in some instances the wait between stock arrivals from the different companies can be up to a month apart so we do not recommend it. As our shopping cart can only charge 1 postage per order, your order will be held until all items have arrived in stock. In the event that you do place one order but later decide that you would like the items dispatched to you as they arrive we can accommodate this however there will be additional postage fees payable for each additional dispatch above the one already charged. Can I cancel my pre-order? Yes you can cancel your pre-order any time prior to packaging and dispatch of your order. Please note however that an order cancellation fee of 10% of the order (excluding postage) will be deducted prior to a refund being issued. Refund will be issued in the same manner as payment was received ie.
